Due to inclement weather forecast for the North Woodstock NH area, The White Mountain Motorsports Park /PASS Open Show scheduled for Saturday and Sunday October 3 and 4 has been cancelled.

 

The decision to call the event early has been made to eliminate costly travel for race teams and race fans  alike.

There is no makeup date available to reschedule this event.

 

White Mountain Motorsports Park and the  Pro All Stars Series

       Waterbury, VT – For Cris Michaud it was a pretty easy decision. 

Michaud was injured when he fell off a ladder at a job site and broke a vertebrae. When doctors informed him that he would not be able to race in the rained-out 47th annual Chittenden Milk Bowl at Thunder Road this coming Sunday, October 4, the three-time track champion went after one of his biggest Thunder Road rivals to fill the seat for him.

Barre, VT – Seven former Milk Bowl Champions have secured a spot in the starting grid for the 47th Annual Chittenden Milk Bowl rescheduled for this Sunday (October 4) at Thunder Road International Speedbowl. Brent Dragon, Dave Pembroke, Eric Williams, Cris Michaud and Jean-Paul Cyr each have their name etched in the Milk Bowl Champions granite monument once, while Phil Scott and Brian Hoar have two wins apiece. This leaves 23 drivers aiming for their first career Milk Bowl win.

Naples, ME 9/29/09- Race fans wanted to see super late model action return to one of the nicest facilities in the state of North Carolina but Mother Nature decided that race teams and fans alike would have to wait an extra day for the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South Southern National 150. That wait wasn’t near as long as Ben Rowe’s wait to return to victory lane in PASS South competition. So for Ben, the extra day wasn’t a big deal as he came from the back of the pack on the event’s final restart to claim his third PASS South win of 2009.

The 2009 North East Mini Stock Tour year end awards banquet will be held on Saturday November 7th at 7 P.M. We are having the function at the Carriage House Café and Pub on Rt. 4 in Livermore, Maine. A buffet style three course Italian themed meal will be served with multiple offerings.

     Wiscasset, ME- The first day of the 2nd Annual Ray Haskell Ford Fall Brawl could not have been set for a better date. Temperatures were in the 60’s with the sun shining all day long. The national qualifying races were run and the front row for the national event in the Aable Auto Parts Mini Stock race will be Thomas True and Ryan Ripley.

Scores Season Ending Victory For ASM Motorsports

 

            Dover, DE (September 26, 2009): Brett Moffitt used lapped traffic to take the lead for the fourth and final time in the Sunoco 150 at Dover International Speedway Friday evening and convincingly score his second win of the 2009 NASCAR Camping World Series East season. Moffitt, behind the wheel of the No. 44 Red Line Oil Chevrolet, took the checkers two-and-a-half seconds over Ryan Gifford. The finish catapulted Moffitt and Andy Santerre Motorsports into third in the final point standings.

Watson, McAlpine, Rackliff and Wilson score feature and championship victories at regular season finale

 

Unity, Maine – Josh St. Clair of Liberty took the bait this time and came from shotgun position on the starting grid to win the 30-lap Late Model feature at Unity Raceway Friday night. A fourth-place finish in the event was more than enough for Frank Moulton of Burnham to claim the 2009 track championship, the 61st at the historic oval. St. Clair was slated to start his main event from pole position, but took promoter George Fernald’s $150 offer to start in the rear of the lineup.

Barre, VT – Barre’s Nick Sweet earned the Booth Bros./H.P. Hood Pole award at Thunder Road International Speedbowl on Saturday, September 26. Sweet ran a lap of 13.110 on the ¼ mile speedbowl and will sit on the pole for the first segment of the 47th Annual Chittenden Milk Bowl on Sunday, September 27. Sweet earned $1000 from Booth Bros./H.P. Hood for his qualifying efforts.
