Clark Comes Out On Top of Late Battle of Maine-Based Racers With Ben Rowe

GREENVILLE, SC (October 28, 2007)  The PASS South Super Late Model tour headed to Greenville-Pickens Speedway in Greenville, South Carolina for the running of “The Howler” 150-lap event Saturday night.  With the full moon shining brightly in the sky, it was Cassius Clark taking the victory over Ben Rowe in a hardcore fight to the finish in the last 50 laps of the event.

Logano Captures 2007 NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown

Irwindale, Calif. – Joey Logano capped off his rookie season in the NASCAR Grand National Division the same way he started it: In Victory Lane.

Logano, the 17-year-old Joe Gibbs Racing development driver, picked up his biggest victory Saturday night winning the NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown at Irwindale (Calif.) Speedway.

John Salemi Hopes Third Showdown's A Charm

John Salemi has qualified for the season-ending NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown the past two years thanks to his points finishes in NASCAR Grand National Division, Busch East Series competition. In those two years, Salemi has had a pair of disappointing finishes due to an accident and an ill-handling car. INEX-Sanctioned Event at Concord Motorsport Park Filled With Big Purses and Awards

CONCORD, NC (October 17, 2007) – Last year a new racing tradition was born in the South.  PASS South held the inaugural “Mason-Dixon Meltdown” event at South Boston Speedway (VA) on Thanksgiving weekend for Super Late Models and a number of support divisions.  One of those support divisions was the Legends Cars.  Nearly 50 Semi-Pro, Pro and Masters drivers joined the racing action at the historic 4/10-mile oval, making the event a success.

Ben Rowe Finishes Fifth and Secures 2007 PASS North Championship

NAPLES, ME (October 14, 2007) – Cassius Clark of Farmington, Maine scored his second Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Super Late Model of the year in Sunday’s season finale at White Mountain Motorsports Park (NH).  Clark fought a spirited battle for the lead throughout much of the race with Trevor Sanborn.

       BARRE, VT – Stock car driver Jared Henry of East Barre has won the use of a recreational vehicle from Mekkelsen RV in East Montpelier.  As part of the Mekkelsen RV Winner’s Circle program at Barre’s Thunder Road Int’l Speedbowl, Henry’s name was entered into a random draw with some 47 other drivers that had won a feature event at the Barre track prior to the Chittenden Milk Bowl on Saturday, Sept. 29.  Henry’s name was selected to win the use of a 29-foot Class C motorhome for four days and three nights, with 500 free miles.
